They simplified the requirements of planning a funeral service and were agile in approach, when only a week into planning one funeral it became a joint funeral, they took us through the process step by step, ensuring everything was considered, guiding us on the required protocols and hard decisions - we really appreciated the sensitivity and authenticity of approach.
