Amanda has been a funeral director for over twelve years, and has operated her own business since 2007. Having learned her trade working for large funeral directors in Calderdale, Amanda decided that she wanted to do things differently, so that she could tailor a more personal service for the families who visit her.
Originally from Idle in Bradford, Amanda moved to Halifax twenty six years ago when she was expecting her son, Michael. During this time she has got to know Halifax and now calls it her home.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys horse riding, salsa dancing, shopping, and eating out with friends, as well as regular visits back to Bradford, to visit her family.
